Where is your office in Surat?
+
Office 911, Surat Digital Valley, near Moon Garden, opposite Utran Power House Road, Uttran, Surat, Gujarat 394105. We are open Monday to Saturday, 9:30 AM to 7:30 PM. You are welcome to visit — most of our clients prefer a first meeting in person.
Do you build ERP software for textile and diamond businesses?
+
Yes, and it is a large part of what we do. We have built systems covering job work tracking, lot and grading management, production stages, export documentation and dispatch. Export CRM and SmartInvento are our own products built from exactly these requirements.
How much does a website cost in Surat?
+
A business website is materially cheaper than a web application with logins and payments, so the honest answer depends on scope. We publish a full breakdown in our website cost guide and quote fixed-scope projects after a discovery meeting rather than giving a number before understanding the work.
Can you visit our office in Surat?
+
Yes. For Surat clients we do requirement gathering, training and major reviews in person as standard, at no extra charge. It is the main practical advantage of working with a team based in the same city.
We already use Tally. Do we have to replace it?
+
No. Tally handles accounting well and your CA already knows it. We build the operational layer — stock, job work, production, dispatch — and integrate so data moves across without being typed twice. Replacing working accounting software rarely justifies the disruption.
Can you connect our system to WhatsApp?
+
Yes. Order confirmations, dispatch updates, rate lists and payment reminders can go out through the WhatsApp Business API and be recorded against the customer automatically. In Surat this is often the single change that saves the most staff time, because the trade already runs on WhatsApp.
How long does an inventory or ERP system take?
+
A single well-defined module — stock and job work, say — is typically 8 to 10 weeks including data migration and training. A full ERP spanning production, stock, sales and finance is a phased six to twelve months, and we would strongly advise phasing it rather than attempting a single switch-over.
Do you work with small businesses, or only large firms?
+
Both, but the scope differs. A small firm is usually best served by one module that removes one specific daily pain, delivered quickly. Selling a small business a full ERP is how vendors here produce expensive shelfware, and we would rather start narrow and expand once it is earning its place.
What happens if we want to change vendor later?
+
You can. You hold the source code, the design files and the hosting credentials, and we document the system so another team can pick it up. We would rather compete on continuing to be useful than on making it painful to leave.
